Abstract |

This study investigated the awareness of the use of electronic information systems by Saudi executives in Jeddah Municipality in their information management operations. Survey method and case study were applied; a questionnaire was distributed to all workers. The most important results showed that most of the respondents were not accepting that Jeddah Municipality are not using knowledge management systems, which is very important in decision making process, because the executives not giving attention to the level of education, experience, & specialization. The study found that it is must to have the availability and access of information in the right time, and also give the new job description of knowledge management career. |
